급변하는 동아시아 정세 속에서 대중의 감정은 사회와 국제 관계를 움직이는 중요한 요인으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 교과에서는 다큐멘터리를 통해 중국 사회의 감정을 이해하고, 나아가 “어떤 사회적 조건이 이런 감정을 낳았는가”라는 질문 아래 감정의 사회·역사적 맥락을 비판적으로 성찰하도록 한다. 이를 통해 상호 이해와 문화 교류의 기반을 마련하고, 건강한 시민의식 형성을 도모할 것이다. Amid the rapidly changing dynamics of East Asia, public emotions have emerged as a crucial factor shaping society and international relations. This course aims to understand the emotions of Chinese society through documentary films and to critically reflect on the social and historical contexts that give rise to such emotions under the question, “What social conditions have produced these feelings?” Through this process, students will cultivate a foundation for mutual understanding and cultural exchange, as well as foster the development of an informed and responsible civic consciousness. |

The learning goal of this subject is to examine the hero characters and wars of the Three Kingdoms period in China. It examines the values, behavioral characteristics, and consequent life outcomes of major heroic figures. It examines the causes and consequences of major wars, as well as war tools and weapon features. It examines the differences between history and fiction. The contents of the lecture are based on Chenshou(陳壽)'s History of The Three kingdoms and Luoguanzhong(羅貫中)'s Romance of The Three kingdoms. |

This course is an introduction to the digital humanities, designed for students to explore Chinese humanities texts of rich humanistic value and learn to integrate them with modern digital technologies. Students will utilize basic digital tools to analyze textual materials and, based on their findings, plan and produce their own digital curation projects from their unique perspectives. By combining studies in tradition and modernity, as well as humanities and technology, students will cultivate the ability to rediscover and expand upon the contemporary value of classical Chinese texts. This course is an advanced follow-up to <Chinese Humanities Texts and Digital Curation I>. It focuses on learning and applying digital methodologies to structure knowledge derived from modern and contemporary Chinese humanities texts. Students will analyze key social discourses within these texts, including urbanization, gender, and ideology, by employing advanced techniques such as ontology and knowledge graphs. The primary outcome is the production of a digital curation project centered on the cultural and intellectual transformations in modern China. |
